Agreement
By downloading or playing a game published by AFHM Apps (shown as Afhm Apps on Google Play), such as Patchwork Slide or Garden Guard (the "Game"), you agree to these terms and to the Google Play Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the Game or its content, except as allowed by law.
Virtual items
In-game currencies and items (for example the thread-spool coins, boosters and collected patches in Patchwork Slide, or the seeds, dewdrops and seed packets in Garden Guard) are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be bought with or exchanged for money, and they may be lost if you uninstall the Game or clear its data, because progress is stored only on your device.
Advertising
The Game is free and supported by ads from Google AdMob. Some rewards are available if you choose to watch a video ad; a reward is granted only when an ad is available and completes. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or for websites they link to.
Acceptable use
Do not use cheats, exploits, bots or automation to manipulate the Game or its ads, and do not use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Game, including its art, characters, music, sound and code, is owned by AFHM Apps or its licensors. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.
Availability & changes
We may update, change or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time. We may update these terms; the new version will be posted on this page, and continued use after an update means you accept it.
Disclaimer & liability
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFHM Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or virtual items, arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
